At Maruman, we strive for your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all returned products are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
